Shipping & Returns


We accept all major cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept payment by wire transfer. Please contact us for bank details.


In addition to shipping throughout the United States, we ship currently to over 60 countries around the world.

For domestic shipments, we mainly use UPS & FedEx as our primary shipping providers for packages not exceeding 150 pounds. We offer only one service with UPS & FedEx which is "Ground". We don’t offer other services such as overnight or 2nd day air, because we don’t do rush orders. The transit time with UPS and/or Fedex Ground can vary from 2 to 6 days depending on the location. For packages over 150 pounds, the merchandise will be shipped by truck and essentially by "Fedex freight".

For international shipments, DHL express is our principal shipping service for light/medium size packages. For heavy shipments, please contact us to give you estimates for air/sea freight costs. The transit time with DHL Express can vary from 2 to 6 days depending on the location.

We usually ship the next business day for orders placed before 3:00pm for the new aftermarket parts. Concerning the surplus, rebuilt and used parts, the lead time might be different and we usually ship after 2 to 5 business days.

All orders cannot be canceled after 4 hours of placement.


Our new parts are warranted to be free of defects in material for a period of 3 months from original invoice date. To file a claim, please contact us first by email by giving: invoice number, part number and an explanation of the problem occurred. After our technical department analyzes the issue, we will get back to you with the result of the claim.


All purchases are not returnable whether for used or unused items. The customer is responsible for buying the correct part numbers and the correct quantities that he needs.
